Being Flexible and Resourceful
Every day on the news we hear about runaway inflation and things like supply chain issues that impact manufacturing and delivery of items we are trying to purchase.
Whether it’s ourselves, local businesses, or governments, I think we are all trying to learn how to be creative, resourceful and flexible with what we have these days.
We are hearing about changes happening in business because of AI and many more to come – if predictions are accurate. A number of you watching this may have had to be resourceful and take stock of the experience and skill set you have because a job you used to have is no longer there.
We need to tap into the wisdom and grace of God and thankfully God promises wisdom when we ask.
For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.Proverbs 2:6
Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding.Proverbs 3:13
Loving God, we acknowledge that You have blessed us. We’re so glad that You are with us, giving us generously all the wisdom we need so we can live well.
Today we know we need Your guidance and wisdom to help us know how to be faithful and resourceful with the opportunities, talents, and skills we have today.
You are our loving Heavenly Father and Your Holy Spirit living in us is guiding us and showing us all that we need for all that we face today and going forward.
Help us to work hard, to persevere even though we don’t see the whole program mapped out ahead of us, and give our best to every task.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
As we live and work today, let’s tap into the wisdom of God that’s available to us in order to do this day well.
