Hope For Today Videos

The way to success and peace each day is to know and continue to put God’s ways into practice.  God’s words aren’t changing and it is our continuing practice of doing things His way that ultimately leads us to experience the good life for which we long.

Our God has been in the communication business for a long time thankfully, every word God speaks is flawless. What God says doesn’t need to change over time.  It’s accurate today and always will be.  We can find safety and take refuge in what He tells us.

God has given us spiritual friends to accompany us on our journey in life These friends teach us how to draw close to God and seek Him in all we do so we experience the joy and peace of His purpose fulfilled in our lives.

No matter how little or how much our personal world has been impacted by breakdowns and trouble in these times, God invites us to call out to him so He can set us in a place where we can rebuild - or help others rebuild safe and secure lives.

Whether it’s lovely spring days, the sweltering heat of summer, endless days of autumn rain in my locale, or blustery snowstorms, we often experience times where we need to be revived.

God is ready to do wonderful things as He transforms us more and more to be like Jesus.  The process goes so much better when we intentionally invite Him and welcome Him to help us in places where we have needs and face troubles.  Let’s call on Him many times today.

We are spiritual beings who have a soul and live in a body.  God created us to be complete only when we are filled with His life.  We can’t think and choose appropriately unless we have the life of God in us.

What feels like a challenge to you today?  Where are you sensing the need for courage to face and deal with something.  God promises He will give us the courage we need to take care of those kinds of things, whether they are everyday responsibilities, or more serious issues.

In many areas of life as we experience the ups and down of daily living in an uncertain and unpredictable world, it’s easy to feel discouraged. God is with us to encourage us.  Let’s make a choice to hang onto His goodness as we go through whatever makes these days discouraging times.

What are our worthless things? The list is really endless and very personal because what is worthless for me today is probably quite different than what is worthless for you. But, in order for all of us to live to the best standard that is deeply satisfying and of benefit to God, I think it’s worth asking that question of God today.

If we seek God during our times of trouble and seek to put His solutions into action, He will take us by the hand and lead us safely forward on a safe path. The struggle will quiet down. Feelings will change.  Joy will come when we realize that, together with God, we’ve faced and overcome a challenge.

God is with us from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. We will do well all day when we repeatedly throughout the day look to God for whatever we need, no matter what we are facing or feeling.
