Happy Endings (2)

Friday June 6, 2014

Cinderella is having such a good time with the prince that she forgets the time and as midnight chimes she has to run out quickly losing her glass slipper. The prince searches for her with the slipper which will only fit her foot. When he finds her she becomes his princess and they live happily ever after.

By His death and resurrection the Prince of Peace has made a way for each person to be without sin. He has prepared a place for each of us. We cannot even imagine the grandeur of what He has prepared for us. The Prince of Peace is pursuing us with His unfailing love. He wants us to come and live with Him forever. When this life is over He will come and take us to where He is living. When we go to this beautiful place we will be dressed in robes of righteousness. We will eat with the Prince of Peace at His banqueting table forever. How would you like this happy ending for your life? You can have it. The requirement is that you must be known by the Prince of Peace otherwise you cannot enter in. If you get to know Him you truly can live happily ever after in this life and in the one to come.

The Prince of Peace says, “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. And you know the way to where I am going.” “No, we don’t know, Lord,” Thomas said. “We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”  John 14:1-6 ( NLT)
