Meditations on "Anger"

Christmas is a family holiday. People make a special effort to return home and be with family at Christmas.

Jesus existed with God before the beginning of time.

Those who have been ransomed by the Lord will return.

The hustle and bustle of shopping and Christmas events is in full swing.

For some people, holiday seasons cause pain and difficulty.

How has stored anger been a problem in my life? How have I addressed this problem?

Unkind words or hurtful events cause us to store anger, which if not dealt with, will deteriorate through time into frustration, anxiety, hatred, despair, rage, and subsequently hopelessness.

The only antidote for hurt, frustration, and anger is love and plenty of it.

We live in a world dominated by angry words, angry gestures, and angry responses.

Anger is an involuntary reaction to a displeasing situation or event.
