Meditations on "Loneliness"

God says we are precious in His sight. God, through Jesus, has provided a way for us to leave shame behind and live in honour and dignity, regardless of what has happened in our past.

When we know we are loved and accepted, our hearts are touched, and we begin to experience peace and the security of belonging.

Past trauma can easily be triggered by news and events around us. Is there relief from this deep grief and pain?

Whatever we are feeling during these busy times before Christmas Day, God invites us to stop, take a break, and be filled with His presence and peace.

When God is silent, He is not deaf or dumb.

We are living co-dependently when we look to those around us to affirm our value. God’s plan for us to have secure and satisfying relationships begins with us discovering the person God says we are – nothing more and nothing less.
