Meditations on "Relationship"

The Jesus Culture band sings a song called “He Is Faithful”.

God created us as moral beings. His word teaches us how to live in relationship with Him and with others.

From the chaos of our dysfunctional lives many of us called out to God with words like, “God if you are really there, please help me”.

) People with discernment naturally do the right thing in each situation.

Who wants trouble? None of us do and as we listen to God’s counsel there’s a lot of trouble we can avoid.

God created us to be in relationship with Him and with each other.

We will celebrate Mothers’ Day this coming Sunday.

Many people who choose for life with God in recovery think they can live any way they want as long as they attend meetings, complete an honest set of steps, pray on occasion, and don’t pick up.

The choices we make affect not only our own life but the lives of our loved ones as well.

One of the hardest things for broken people to do is to continue to receive the love of God until we are filled and healed.

Are we willing to allow God to heal and transform every dark area of our being that is currently occupied by secrets?

Many of us, when we were active in addiction, took risks which were unhealthy and some of us continue to live with the consequences of our actions.
