Meditations on "Relationship"

Each of us knows deep down inside us that there must be a God for we are unable to cope with life on our own.

We begin the process of changing our selfish way of living by turning our will and life over to the care of God.

It's time for us to step up and do whatever we can for the common good including praying for and working with those who are in authority.

God promises to show us the way forward.

It's time to stop pretending.  We need to say what we mean and mean what we say.

Our sponsor or a trusted friend may have spoken to us about how we were getting off track, but we refused to listen ... and found ourselves moving towards relapse.

We need to look for good in a person rather than being suspicious of evil intention.

If we choose to remain filled with bitterness, we bind ourselves to our past.

We were born again from above into the family of God and given the will and desire to live a life of moral excellence

What are we going to do with the gift of today that God has given us?

We are to be those with stories of hope and comfort.

Clearly God knows that we need one another to successfully get ahead.
