Meditations on "Denial"

Letting go of defensiveness is one necessary adjustment we need to make in order to experience growth and success in our life with God in recovery.

One of the coping mechanisms many of us use when dealing with low-self-esteem and the humiliation of our past failures is the mask of arrogance.

Denial is described as a refusal to admit the truth or reality of a situation.

What comes to mind when we say or hear the word "serenity?

How often have we seen the promise of sunny days gets taken away by fog that drifts in and settles over the city.

When we come to new life in Christ we will seek after truth in all our affairs.
