Meditations on "Faith"

Through prayer and meditation on God’s Word we can know God’s plan for our lives

Within each personal story of the journey from bondage to freedom is the power of the Gospel to save those who are lost.

From before the creation of the world God planned, through Jesus’ death and resurrection, the amazing gift of forgiveness and eternal life with Him for each one of us.

Together with God any difficulty can be worked out and overcome

We find our perfection by trusting in the finished work of the only person who was perfect.

Often, we are not even sure that there is a God who listens and responds to us. How do we get faith to believe that God really does exist and hears and answers our prayers?

It’s what we do after the mistake has been made that is the measure of who we are as a person

We don’t need to have the same talent as someone else but with what we have been given, we simply need to do our best.

Security is not provided by our circumstances, but by God alone

We can’t just talk the talk, we need to have patience and the know-how to walk the walk. 

We need God’s Spirit living in us, so we can recognize what wisdom looks like
