Meditations on "Recovery"

In the Bible Jesus told a story about a father and two sons.

We don’t need to be told that emotional trauma is painful.

Across recovery circles we've been exposed to the word “HALT” (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired) and its significance in our recovery.

When we come into recovery one of our priorities must be sorting life according to what is true.
