Dealing with a bad reputation is one of the most difficult things to face as we seek to live well in recovery with God.

As we make conscious contact with God a priority, He will faithfully change our desires.

As we follow God’s principles in all our affairs, we will experience great peace, and nothing will cause us to stumble.

God invites us to the peace and security of living in the truth that He truly does care for us.

God is more interested in our long term peace and stability than in our demands of the moment.

When we come to God in recovery, we must humbly acknowledge that we do not know how to live well in relationship with others.

If real change and growth is to take place, our lives need to be given over to the care of God.

We can’t “fight our demons” on our own but when we ask our all-powerful God to help us, He will give us so much more power to do so.

Today, I reaffirm my trust in Jesus, who has done for me on the cross what I could not do for myself

Our trust must be in God even when we don’t understand everything we are going through.

If we do the right thing, we will not only find the life we long for but will be a positive influence on others as well.
