God wants us to “get it right.” If we will pay attention and obey what we learn from God’s Word, God’s Spirit will lead us on the right path every time.

There are seasons in each of our lives which are fruitful and others which are not.

The contrast of destructive self-centeredness in active addiction with the healthy lifestyle of supporting one another in recovery is clearly expressed in Promise 7 of AA: We will lose interest in selfish things and gain interest in our fellows.

Now that we are seeking to act with honesty in all our affairs, it's discouraging to face obstacles in our path while we see others lying and manipulating and getting what they want without the hassle we are experiencing.

Some of us slid into destructive and addictive lifestyles out of a desire to have friends and companions to belong to.

To be responsible recovering addicts, we need to have regular contact with God and seek His wisdom and His will for our lives.

God tells us to pray for one another, so what does that look like?
