Often, physical or emotional abuse exists in relationships where one or both parties are in some form of addiction.

None of us will get through life without suffering.

Life is not perfect and has its challenges. It is so easy to sit back and let the obstacles and struggles of life get us down but there is another way to live that is much better.

When we first come into recovery we often have feelings of anxiety or depression.

What is the spiritual awakening we come to experience as we walk with God in recovery?

We hang around with all sorts of people in a variety of situations.

All the promises of God are for those of us who have given our will and life over to the care of God.

How are we to deal with a person who falsely accuses us of something we did not do?

For many of us coming out of an unmanageable lifestyle, we find that doing the right thing does not come easily.

When we were trapped in our own personal hell and in bondage to the substance that medicated us, we called out to God.

When we turned our will and life over to the care of God many of us had hope for a quick turnaround in our lives.

In Step 11 we purpose to improve our conscious contact with God.
