There's nothing more refreshing than a walk on a fall evening with a gentle breeze blowing.

For some of us being in control of our own lives makes us feel safe.

At 2 a.m. today, for many of us in North America, the clocks went back an hour from daylight saving time to standard time.

For most of us who live in North America we get to turn our clocks back an hour before we go to bed tonight and enjoy an extra hour of sleep.

In some situations, our future well-being may seem to depend on resolving a problem that is totally outside of our control.

As we noted yesterday, many of us don’t wait until Hallowe’en to wear masks.

We’ve just come through another Hallowe’en day.

Having admitted the exact nature of our wrongs and accepted complete forgiveness from God brings us to the place where we are free indeed.

As we’ve applied the 12 Steps of A.A. to our lives, we’ve had a spiritual awakening.
